&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;ORDENANÇA MUNICIPAL DELS SERVEIS URBANS DE TRANSPORT EN VEHICLES LLEUGERS PER A LES LLICÈNCIES AUTO TAXI DE L’AJUNTAMENT D’ESPORLES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;CAPÍTOL PRIMER: OBJECTE D’AQUESTA ORDENANÇA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 1.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La present Ordenança té per objecte, dins les competències municipals, la regulació del transport públic de viatgers, mitjançant auto-taxi, dins el terme municipal d’Esporles. Per a l’exercici i l’ús de l’activitat regulada per aquesta Ordenança, independement i sense perjudici del compliment de qualsevol altres normes de l’Estat i de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, es requereix el compliment de les normes i les prescripcions contingudes en aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 2.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;S’entén per servei d’Auto-Taxi, el que es presta amb vehicles dins o fora dels nuclis urbans d’aquest terme municipal, o fins i tot fora d’ell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;CAPÍTOL SEGON: DELS VEHICLES, DE LA SEVA PROPIETAT I DE LES CONDICIONS DE PRESTACIÓ DEL SERVEI.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Secció 1ª.- Normes Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 3.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El vehicle adscrit a la llicència municipal que faculta la prestació del servei al públic, haurà de figurar com a propietat del titular de la mateixa en el Registre de la Direcció General de Tràfic depenent de la Conselleria d’Interior del Govern Balear. S’exceptua d’aquesta obligació en el supòsit d’ús temporal d’un altre automòbil per avaria de l’automòbil adscrit a la llicència, prèvia autorització de la Batlia. Els titulars hauran de concertar obligatòriament la corresponent pòlissa de l’assegurança que cobreixi els determinats riscs per la legislació en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 4.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Els titulars de la llicència d’Auto-taxi podran substituir el vehicle adscrit a la mateixa per un altre sempre que se sol·liciti la corresponent autorització de la Batlia d’aquest Ajuntament, que la concedirà una vegada comprovades les condicions tècniques necessàries de seguretat, conservació, i característiques fixades per aquesta Ordenança per a la prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Article 5.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Les transmissions per actes interactius dels vehicles automòbils que presten serveis d’Auto-Taxi, amb independència de la llicència municipal que els hi afecti, duran implícita l’anul·lació d’aquesta, tret que, en el termini de tres mesos des de l’efectuació de la transmissió, el transmitent apliqui aquesta a un altre vehicle de la seva propietat, comptant sempre amb la prèvia autorització referida a l’article 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 6.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Els vehicles destinats a la prestació dels serveis regulats per aquesta Ordenança hauran de reunir, com a mínim, les següents característiques: Carrosseria tancada amb portes de fàcil accés i funcionament que faciliti la maniobra amb suavitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Les dimensions mínimes i les característiques de l’interior del vehicle i dels seients seran necessàries per proporcionar a l’usuari la seguretat i comoditat pròpies d’aquest tipus de servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Per part de l’Ajuntament, es podrà autoritzar per a la prestació del servei d’automòbils adaptats pel transport de persones amb condicions de mobilitat reduïda, que hauran de reunir les característiques pròpies dels mateixos, d’acord amb les recomanacions dels organismes competents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Les portes hauran d’estar dotades del mecanisme convenient per accionar els seus vidres a voluntat de l’usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Tant les portes com la part posterior del vehicle hauran de dur el número suficient de finestres per aconseguir la major visibilitat, lluminositat i ventilació possible, mitjançant vidres inestellables i transparents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;A l’interior hi haurà instal·lat l’enllumenat elèctric necessari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Hauran d’anar equipats amb un extintor contra incendis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Hauran d’estar equipats al seu interior amb un aparell taxímetre degudament comprovat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Reuniran les condicions de seguretat, conservació i funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La seva capacitat no excedirà de set (7) places, inclosa la del conductor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 7.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;L’Ajuntament podrà ordenar, quan ho consideri necessari, la instal·lació de dispositiu de seguretat en els vehicles destinats al servei d’Autotaxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;També podrà acordar l’establiment de sistemes de comunicació per millorar la prestació del servei al ciutadà, amb la Policia, serveis d’auxili i protecció ciutadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El funcionament de l’emissora ràdio-taxi Esporles, serà regulat mitjançant Decret de Batlia, prèvia audiència a l’Associació Taxis de Esporles, si n’és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 8.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;No s’autoritzarà la posta en servei de vehicles que no s’hagin revisat prèviament per la Conselleria d’Industria del Govern Balear i pel serveis tècnics de l’ajuntament u servei tècnic en qui delegui aquest, pel que fa a les condicions de seguretat, conservació i documentació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Es verificarà la revisió anual dels vehicles destinats a la prestació del servei d’Auto-taxi&amp;nbsp; per la Conselleria d’Industria del Govern Balear, pels serveis tècnics de l’ajuntament u servei tècnic autoritzat en qui delegui aquest , amb la finalitat de comprovar el seu bon estat de seguretat, conservació i documentació, de l’esmentada revisió si aquesta fos efectuada per serveis externs a l’ajuntament, s’haurà de presentar davant l’ajuntament el comprovant pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En qualsevol moment es podrà ordenar, pel Batlia, la revisió extraordinària d’un vehicle destinat al servei regulat per aquesta Ordenança, sense que es produeixi qualque liquidació ni cobrament de taxes per aquest concepte, encara que sí pot ocasionar, si es detecta alguna infracció, la sanció corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Tot automòbil que no reuneixi les condicions tècniques de comoditat, seguretat o conservació exigides per aquesta Ordenança, no podrà prestar servei, sense un previ reconeixement&amp;nbsp; del vehicle per part dels serveis&amp;nbsp; tècnics de l’ajuntament u servei tècnic autoritzat en qui delegui aquest&amp;nbsp; i el vist-i-plau del Batle, en el qual s’acreditarà la reparació de les deficiències observades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Secció 2ª.- De les llicències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 9.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Per la prestació del servei al públic regulat per la present Ordenança, serà condició indispensable posseir la corresponent llicència municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Tots els automòbils emparats per llicencies atorgades hauran de comptar amb la corresponent autorització de la Conselleria de Mobilitat i Ordenació del Territori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 10.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;L’atorgament de noves llicències per l’Ajuntament vendrà condicionat per la necessitat i conveniència del servei a prestar al públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Per acreditar aquesta necessitat i conveniència s’analitzarà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) La situació del servei en qualitat i extensió, abans de l’atorgament de noves llicències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) El tipus, extensió i augment dels nuclis de població ubicats en el terme municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c) Les necessitats reals d’un millor servei i més extens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;d) La repercussió de les noves llicències a atorgar en el conjunt del transport i la circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;A l’expedient es donarà audiència a les associacions del sector i d’usuaris d’Esporles, si n’és el cas, i se sol.litarà informe a la Direcció General de Transports del Govern Balear, si ne`s el cas.L’expedient tramitat, amb la unió de l’informe i de les al·legacions presentades, en el seu cas, on es refereix en el paràgraf anterior, s’avaluarà a l’Ajuntament Ple per a la resolució que procedeixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 11.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La concessió de les llicències municipals d’Auto-Taxi a que es refereix aquesta Ordenança, s’atorgaran per la Batlia amb subjecció al següent procediment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Acord d’iniciació del procediment d’adjudicació de les llicències disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears pel termini de quinze dies hàbils, a efectes de presentació de sol·licituds per a les persones naturals o jurídiques interessades, així com en el tauler d’anuncis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c) Finalitzat el termini de presentació, la Batlia publicarà la llista de sol·licitants en la forma i termini assenyalats a l’apartat anterior, perquè els interessats i les Associacions professionals, d’empresaris i treballadors, puguin al·legar el que trobin oportú en defensa dels seus drets (exclusió o inclusió indegudes, inexactituds de les dades personals o professionals dels sol·licitants, manca de condicions per acudir a la convocatòria, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;d) La Batlia resoldrà la concessió de les llicències a favor dels sol·licitants amb el major dret acreditat, d’acord amb l’ordre de prelació previst a l’article següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;e) En el supòsit de la inexistència de sol·licituds per part dels conductors assalariats a que es refereix a l’article 12 d’aquesta Ordenança, l’adjudicació de les llicències es realitzarà mitjançant concurs públic i lliure segons el procediment establert per les normes de contractació local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 12.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Podran sol·licitar llicències d’auto-taxi de nova creació o les rescatades per l’ajuntament, els conductors assalariats dels titulars de llicències de la mateixa classe que presten el servei amb plena i exclusiva dedicació a la professió, acreditada mitjançant la possessió i vigència del permís de conduir, expedit per la Batlia i la inscripció i cotització en tal concepte a la Seguretat Social, i les persones naturals jurídiques que les obtinguin mitjançant concurs públic i lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La prelació per a l’adjudicació de les llicències de la classe Auto-Taxi, serà sempre a favor dels conductors assalariats, dels titulars de llicències de la mateixa classe que es fa constar a l’anterior paràgraf, per rigorosa i continuada antiguitat. En el seu defecte, les llicències s’atorgaran per concurs públic i lliure entre les persones naturals o jurídiques que les sol·licitin, amb subjecció en el previst a l’apartat e) de l’article 11 d’aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 13.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Les llicències regulades en aquesta Ordenança es podran transmetre sempre que l’adquirent compleixi les condicions exigides en aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En tots els supòsits de transmissió intervius de llicència d’auto-taxi, a favor de persona que no tengui la condició de cònjuge, fill polític no separat del seu cònjuge o hereu forçós a què es refereix l’article 807 del Codi Civil, es reconeixen a favor de l’Ajuntament d’Esporles el dret de tempteig i retracte, que podrà exercir dins el seixanta dies següents al de la notificació del titular interessat en la transmissió o partir de la data que tingués coneixement que s’havia efectuat en condicions diferents de les comunicades a l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Les taxes a abonar per les transmissions a favor de persona que no tengui la condició de cònjuge, fill polític no separat del seu cònjuge, o hereu forçós a què es refereix l’article 807 del Codi Civil. L’autorització de traspàs implica el pagament a l’Ajuntament, sense perjudici del pagament de les exaccions que resultin de les ordenances municipals fiscal, de un 10 % del preu fitxat per a la transmissió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 14.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Les llicències municipals previstes en aquesta Ordenança es transcriuran en document administratiu, essent creuades &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;per una franja de color blau de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt; dreta a esquerra en diagonal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Totes les llicències seran condicionades, pel que fa a la seva eficàcia als vehicles als quals afectin reuneixin les condicions exigides per aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 15.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Tota persona titular de la llicència de les classes A ò B, tendra l’obligació d’explotar-la personal o conjuntament, mitjançant la contractació de conductors assalariats en possessió del permís local de conductor i afiliació a la Seguretat Social. L’explotació de la llicència no serà incompatible amb altres activitats, sempre que es compleixin amb els torns d’activitat mínims i serveis nocturns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 16.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En el termini de cent vint dies naturals, comptats des de la data de concessió de la llicència municipal, el seu titular estarà obligat a prestar serveis de forma immediata i amb el vehicle corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 17.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Pel negociat corresponent d’aquest Ajuntament es durà un registre o fitxer de les llicències autoritzades de la classe Auto-Taxi, on s’apuntaran les diferents incidències relatives als titulars o als seus vehicles i conductors, així com a substitucions, accidents, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Secció 3ª.- De les tarifes i de les condicions de prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 18.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El règim de tarifes aplicable als serveis urbans prestats pels vehicles adscrits a les llicències regulades per aquesta Ordenança, es fixarà per la Junta Local de Govern d’aquest Ajuntament i els serveis interurbans que presten, per la Direcció General de Transports del Govern Balear (Comissió de Preus). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En el corresponent expedient, al·legaran, per un termini de quinze (15) dies hàbils, les Associacions professionals d’empresaris i treballadors representatius del sector i les de consumidors i usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Les tarifes d’aplicació seran visibles per l’usuari des de l’interior del vehicle. A les mateixes, es veuran les tarifes i els suplements d’aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Aquestes tarifes i suplements seran d’obligat compliment pels titulars de les llicències, els conductors dels vehicles i pels usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 19.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La revisió de les tarifes es realitzarà també, d’acord amb el procediment establert a l’article anterior, per a la seva autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 20.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Els vehicles destinats a la prestació del servei, a més de complir amb el que disposen els articles 6, 7 i 8 de la present Ordenança, s’hauran d’atendre a les següents normes i condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Hauran de dur el comptaquilòmetres i/o aparell taxímetre degudament comprovat i precintat per la Conselleria de d’Indústria del Govern Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13)"&gt;b) La pintura exterior serà de color blanc. A les dues portes davanteres duran pintada l’una franja de set (7) centímetres d’amplària col·locada obliquament i de color &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: red"&gt;‘blau capri’.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13)"&gt;c) També a les portes davanteres i centrat damunt la franja determinada a l’apartat b) anterior, duran l’escut de la ciutat acompanyat del número de llicència municipal corresponent, amb xifres de sis (6) centímetres d’alçada. El model de l’escut serà facilitat per l’Ajuntament, previ abonament de les taxes pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;d) Quan els vehicles es trobin desocupats, hauran de dur el llum verd de la torreta encesa. A criteri del titular podrà dur un cartell indicant ‘ LLIURE ‘ o ‘ OCUPAT ‘ a l’interior però visible des de l’exterior i situat a la part dreta del parabrises davanter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 21.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Durant la prestació del servei d’Auto-taxi, els conductors d’aquests hauran d’anar proveïts de la següent documentació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;A.- Referent als vehicles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Llicència municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Autorització, en el seu cas, de la DIRECCIÓ GENERAL DE TRANPORTS&amp;nbsp; DEL GOVERN BALEAR per realitzar serveis de caire interurbà. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Pòlissa d’assegurança&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;B.- Referent al conductor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Permís de conduir de la classe exigida per la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Permís municipal de conductor expedit per la Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;C.- Referent al servei:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Llibre de reclamacions, segons el model oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Una còpia de la present Ordenança del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Plànol i llistat de carrers del terme municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Talonari-rebut autoritzat per l’Ajuntament referent a la quantia total percebuda, de les hores d’espera, de les sortides del territori jurisdiccional d’aquest municipi, els quals podran ser exigits pels usuaris i comprovats a les revisions periòdiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Exemplar oficial de la tarifa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 22.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La Batlia, prèvia audiència a les Associons Professionals, Usuaris i consumidors, regularà les parades mitjançant Decret de Batlia, on es determinarà el lloc, número de places i forma d’estacionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 23.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Tendra preferència per recollir els viatgers i reserves de prestació de serveis, el vehicle que ocupi el lloc més pròxim a la capçalera de la ‘parada’ la qual, per major claredat, serà senyalitzada de la forma més convenient per l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El vehicle de set places podrà recollir passatgers si és requerit i està col·locat en segon lloc de la parada. Els vehicles especials de transports de persones de mobilitat reduïda, podran ser requerits pels usuaris, ocupin qualsevol lloc de la parada, sempre que sigui per desenvolupar les tasques específiques per les seves característiques tècniques. Cap Auto-Taxi podrà recollir passatgers a una distància inferior a cinquanta (50) metres de la parada, si en aquestes hi ha vehicles lliures disponibles pels usuaris. S’exceptuen els vehicles especials de transports de persones de mobilitat reduïda, si és requerit per un usuari amb mobilitat reduïda, sempre que sigui per desenvolupar les tasques especifiques per les seves característiques tècniques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El vehicle de set places i els especials de transports de persones de mobilitat reduïda, podran acceptar reserves a qualsevol lloc de la parada, sempre que sigui per desenvolupar les tasques específiques per les seves característiques tècniques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Per a una major eficàcia del servei, els vehicles que ocupin els tres primers llocs, no podran ser abandonats pels seus conductors, exceptuant els següents supòsits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Que s’asseguri, al manco, de la prestació per un número de vehicles igual o superior al cinquanta per cent dels fixats com a màxim per cada parada a l’article 22 d’aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Que, en qualsevol cas, quedi suficientment justificada la absència i acceptada, en el seu cas, pels conductors dels vehicles que el segueixin per ordre de preferència a la parada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;De qualsevol forma, l’ incompliment de l’obligació de permanència a la parada pels conductors que ocupen els primers llocs, tret que concurreixin al uníson les circumstàncies indicades als apartats a) i b) precedents, durà aparellada la pèrdua del lloc que ocupi en l’ordre de preferència a la parada, podent esser contrapassada pels vehicles que, en aquell moment, ocupin llocs amb mancança de drets a la prestació de serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 24.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Queda prohibit ocupar lloc a la parada abans d’acabar totalment el darrer servei realitzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 25.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El vehicle que tengui un viatge concertat amb antel·lació, haurà de comunicar-ho als altres conductors de la parada, no podent acceptar un viatge per la mateixa hora. L’antel·lació de comunicació indicada serà de trenta minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;CAPÍTOL TERCER: DEL PERSONAL AFECTE AL SERVEI.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Secció 1ª.- Requisits generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 26.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Els vehicles adscrits al servei d’Auto-taxi, hauran d’esser conduïts exclusivament per persones que estiguin en possessió del permís municipal de conduir pel que afecta al transport urbà. Aquest permís serà expedit per Batlia amb l’anterior tramitació del corresponent expedient a petició de l’interessat, en el que es justifiquin, com a mínim, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Posseir el permís de conduir de la classe requerida segons la legislació vigent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) No patir malaltia infecte-contagiosa o impediment físic que impossibiliti o dificulti l’exercici de la professió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c) Aquells altres que es dispossin en la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 27.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La Batlia, mitjant Decret podrà establir les mesures necessàries per a la Organització i Ordenació del servei d’Auto-Taxi en qüestió d’horaris de torns, calendari, descans, i vacances a proposta de la Comissió Informativa de Presidència, i prèvia substantació dels expedients corresponents, els quals necessàriament, hauran de ser oïdes les Associacions professionals d’empresaris i treballadors corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Si per raons justificades, qualque conductor no pot prestar servei de guàrdia nocturn, no podrà realitzar cap servei entre les 22’00 i 6’00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Secció 2ª.- De la forma de prestar el servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 28.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Els conductors de vehicles inclosos en aquesta Ordenança estan obligats a complir escrupolosament les disposicions de la mateixa, independentment de les condicions laborals regulades per la legislació pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 29.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El conductor sol·licitat per realitzar un servei en la forma establerta, personalment o per ràdio taxi, no podrà negar-se sense una causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Tendrà la consideració de causa justificada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Esser requerit per individus perseguits per Agents de l’Autoritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Esser sol·licitat per transportar un número de persones superior al de les places autoritzades pel vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c) Trobar-se a qualsevol dels viatgers amb una embriaguesa manifesta o intoxicació per estupefaents, excepte en casos de perill greu o imminent per la seva vida o integritat física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;d) Quan l’equipatge dels viatgers, per la seva naturalesa o característiques, bé siguin maletes o animals, puguin deteriorar o causar danys a l’interior del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;e) Quan el conductor del vehicle sigui requerit per prestar el servei per vies intransitables que pugui causar perill per a la seguretat e integritat, tant dels ocupants com del conductor del propi vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;f) Qualsevol altre causa similar a les anomenades anteriorment, que justifiqui la negativa a prestar el servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;h) Quan l’usuari habitual hagi estat denunciat pel no abonament d’un servei anterior, sempre que posteriorment no ho hagi abonat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En qualsevol cas, els conductors mantindran un comportament correcte amb el públic i, en cas que un usuari ho requereixi, hauran de justificar la negativa davant d’un Agent de l’Autoritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 30.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Els conductors no podran evitar que els viatgers duguin en el vehicle maletes o altres equipatges, sempre que hi càpiguen damunt la baca del vehicle, no el deteriorin ni infringeixin el reglament o disposicions en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Podran dur a l’interior del vehicle un cartell que prohibeixi fumar als usuaris. Els conductors no fumaran quan vagin ocupats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 31.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Quan els viatgers abandonin transitòriament el vehicle per ells arrendat i el conductor hagi d’esperar que tornin, podrà recaptar com a garantia l’import del recorregut realitzat més mitja hora d’espera a zona urbana i una hora si es tracta d’un descampat, i un cop exhaurit el temps, es considerarà com a finalitzat el servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 32.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Si el conductor hagués d’esperar els seus clients a llocs on l’estacionament sigui de duració limitada, podrà reclamar l’import del servei efectuat, sense obligació per part seva de continuar la prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 33.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Els conductors dels vehicles regulats per aquesta Ordenança, estaran obligats a proporcionar al client canvi de moneda en metàl·lic o bitllets fins la quantia de cinquanta euros i, si haguessin d’abandonar el vehicle per anar a cercar canvi, no es podrà cobrar cap quantia pel temps d’espera mentre duri l’absència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 34.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En cas d’accident o avaria que provoqui la impossibilitat&amp;nbsp; de continuar el servei, el viatger podrà demanar la intervenció d’un Agent de l’Autoritat que ho comprovi i haurà d’abonar l’import del servei fins l’instant de l’avaria o accident.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Secció 3.- Caducitat i revocació de les llicències i responsabilitats dels seus titulars i conductors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 35.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La llicència caduca per renúncia expressa del titular. La Batlia declararà revocades i retirarà les llicències als seus titulars per les següents causes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Usar el vehicle per a la prestació de servei diferent a l’autoritzat per la llicència corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Deixar de prestar el servei al públic durant un temps superior a seixanta dies consecutius o cent vint alterns durant la temporada turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c) Quan el titular de la llicència no tengui concertada la pòlissa d’assegurança. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;d) Reiterat incompliment de les disposicions sobre revisió periòdica pel que fa referència l’article 8 de la present Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;e) L’arrendament, lloguer o apoderament de la llicència, que suposi una explotació no autoritzada per aquesta Ordenança i les transferències de llicències no autoritzades per la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;f) L’ incompliment de les obligacions inherents a la llicència i més disposicions que facin referència a la propietat del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;g) La contractació de personal assalariat, sense el necessari permís municipal de conduir de l’article 27 o sense l’alta i cotització a la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La caducitat i retirada de la llicència s’acordarà per la Comissió de Govern de l’Ajuntament,&amp;nbsp; prèvia tramitació del corresponent expedient, el qual podrà incoar-se d’ofici o/a instància de les centrals sindicals, agrupacions professionals i associacions de consumidors i usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 36.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Tendra la consideració de falta lleu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a)Descuit de la neteja personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b)Descuit amb la neteja del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c)Discussions entre companys de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;d)El no compliment del Reglament i normes de funcionament de l’emissora de ràdio taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;e)El no compliment en general de qualsevol norma de la present ordenança, tret de les ja contemplades expressament com a faltes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 37- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Es consideraran faltes greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) No complir les ordres concretes de l’itinerari marcat pel viatger, fent el recorregut més llarg innecessàriament per poder percebre serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Posar en servei al vehicle sense estar aquest amb bones condicions de funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c) La utilització de paraules i fets desagradables i d’amenaça amb el tracte amb els usuaris o dirigits als vianants o conductors d’altres vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;d) Cometre quatre faltes lleus en un període de dos mesos, o deu si és en temporada turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;e) La no assistència a les parades, durant la temporada turística, per un espai d’una setmana consecutiva sense causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;f) Recollir viatgers als llocs no autoritzats, fora del Terme Municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;h) La no prestació del servei dels torns de guàrdia obligatoris establert per Decret de Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;i) El no compliment del Reglament i normes de funcionament de l’emissora de ràdio taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 38è.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Es consideraran com a faltes molt greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Abandonar al viatger sense finalitzar el servei pel que va eser requerit, sense causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Cometre quatre faltes lleus en el període de duració d’una temporada turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c) Conduir el vehicle en estat d’embriaguesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;d) Apropiar-se de qualsevol objecte abandonat sense donar compte del fet a l’Autoritat competent dins les 72 hores següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;e) Les infraccions determinades com molts greus a la normativa de seguretat vial i la manifesta desobediència a les ordres d’aquesta Batlia dins aquesta matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;f) La comissió de delictes, qualificats pel Codi Penal com a dolosos, amb ocasió o amb motiu de l’exercici de la professió al qual fa referència aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;g) El cobrament abusiu als usuaris o cobrar tarifes inferiors a les autoritzades, bé sigui concedint rebaixes sobre els preus autoritzats o bé, de forma indirecte, donant comissions a tercers per acaparar serveis en detriment dels companys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;h) El no compliment del Reglament i normes de funcionament de la emissora de ràdio taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 39è.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Les sancions, degudes a les faltes tipificades en els articles anteriors seran les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Per les faltes lleus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Amonestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Suspensió de la llicència o del permís municipal de conduir fins a 15 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Per les faltes greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Suspensió de la llicència o del permís municipal de conduir de 16 dies a 6 mesos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;c) Per les faltes molt greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Suspensió de la llicència o del permís municipal de conduir fins a 1 any. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;- Retirada definitiva de la llicència o del permís municipal de conduir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En tot cas es sancionaran amb la retirada definitiva del permís municipal de conduir i si el conductor fos el titular de la llicència, amb la seva revocació les infraccions definides en els apartats c), e) i f) de l’article 38 d’aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 40.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El procediment sancionador es substanciarà d’acord amb les següents instruccions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;1.- El procediment haurà d’incoar-se per providència de Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;2.- A tal efecte, la batlia en rebre aquella comunicació o denúncia sobre una suposada infracció del disposat a la present Ordenança per part de titulars de llicència o conductors per la qual, la mateixa es refereix, podrà acordar la instrucció d’una informació confidencial i reservada abans de dictar la providència a la que es refereix el punt primer o, en el seu cas, a l’arxiu de les actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;3.- En la mateixa providència que la Batlia acordi la incoació de l’expedient sancionador, nomenament d’un instructor i secretari, designacions que es notificaran al subjecte, expedientat, a efectes de possible recusació dels mateixos dins del termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;4.- L’instructor ordenarà la pràctica de quantes proves i actuacions condueixin a l’aclariment dels fets i a determinar les responsabilitats susceptibles de sanció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;5.- A la vista de les actuacions practicades, l’instructor formarà un plec de càrrecs en el qual s’exposaran els fets imputats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;6.- Aquest plec de càrrecs es notificarà als interessats per via de Batlia, concedint un termini de 8 dies perquè puguin respondre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;7.- Contestat el plec de càrrecs o finalitzat el termini per fer-ho, sense haver-ho fet, l’instructor formularà proposta de resolució, que igualment es notificarà als interessats per via de Batlia, perquè en el termini de 8 dies puguin al·legar el que considerin convenient per la seva defensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;8.- La proposta de resolució, amb tot el procediment anterior, es remetrà després a Batlia perquè ho resolgui si la sanció proposta correspon a faltes o infraccions&amp;nbsp; tipificades a la present Ordenança com a lleus i greus, ho resoldrà la Batlia a les infraccions molt greus serà traspassada a la Junta de Govern&amp;nbsp; Local perquè decideixi&amp;nbsp; sobre la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En contra de la resolució que defineix a l’expedient administratiu sancionador podrà acudir a la via contenciosa-administrativa en la forma prevista a la normativa aplicable a l’efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;CAPÍTOL QUART: TAULA DE SEGUIMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Article 41è.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Es crearà la taula de seguiment, que tindrà com a objectiu el compliment de la present Ordenança i elevar propostes en la relació a la mateixa i dels Decrets de Batlia de desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La taula estarà composta pel Batle o persona que designi, un Tècnic Municipal, Un representant de la conselleria de Transports i un regidor de cada partit polític.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La taula es reunirà una vegada l’any a proposta de una de les parts, proposta que es tindrà que sol·licitar per escrit en el registre municipal, proposant els temes a tractar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;I havent transcorregut el termini d’exposició al públic de trenta (30) dies de duració a comptar des de l’esmentat anunci sense que s’hagi presenta cap reclamació o suggerència, s’enten de conformitat amb el que disposa l’art. 17 del RDL 2/2004 de 5 de març pel que s’aprova el text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, definitivament aprovades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública per a general coneixement i als efectes pertinents d’acord amb l’art. 17 de l’esmentat text legal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
