&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S’ha intentat, pels mitjans legalment establerts, la notificació personal dels acords d’inici d’expedients sancionadors en matèria d’indústria instruïts per la Direcció General d’Indústria i Energia i no hi ha constància que les persones interessades hagin rebut les notificacions. Per això, d’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener, amb aquesta publicació es notifica a la persona que s’indica a continuació que s’ha dictat l’acord d’inici de l’expedient sancionador següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Normativa infringida: infracción del artículo 31.2 a) de la Ley 21/1992&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sanció: 60.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones interessades disposen d’un termini de quinze dies hàbils per a exercir el dret a formular les al·legacions i a l’audiència en el procediment, com també per a proposar prova, concretant els mitjans que vulguin fer servir, d’acord amb l’article 8.3 del Decret 14/1994, de 10 de febrer, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament del procediment a seguir per l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en l’exercici de la potestat sancionadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si no es fan al·legacions al contingut de l’acord d’iniciació en el termini abans esmentat, l’inici del procediment es podrà considerar proposta de resolució quan contengui un pronunciament precís sobre la responsabilitat imputada, d’acord amb l’article 8.4 del Decret esmentat en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En qualsevol moment anterior a la resolució, si la persona interessada reconeix la seva responsabilitat, es pot resoldre el procediment amb la imposició, sense fer més tràmits, de la sanció que sigui procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els expedients es troben al Servei Jurídic de la Vicepresidència Econòmica, de Promoció Empresarial i d’Ocupació, Direcció General d’Indústria i Energia (Bastió d’en Sanoguera, 2, 07002 de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
