&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ple de l’Ajuntament, en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 25 d’octubre de 2012, adoptà &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;per unanimitat dels assistents, és a dir per 21 vots a favor (9 del GPM, 2 de NOV-A i 10 de PSOE-PACTE)&amp;nbsp; i per tant per majoria absoluta del nombre legal de membres de la corporació, entre altres,&amp;nbsp; els següents ACORDS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt;- Aprovar amb caràcter inicial la modificació del Reglament de règim intern de l’escola infantil Es Vedranell, que a continuació es detalla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Modificar l’article 4.1.4. de l’actual Reglament de règim intern de l’EI Es Vedranell, que queda redactat&amp;nbsp; de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.1.4. Servei d’escoleta d’estiu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El servei de l’escoleta d’estiu s’ofereix durant el mes d’agost. És un servei voluntari i opcional per a les famílies. Les quotes per a aquest servei seran les mateixes que les estipulades a l’article 3 i 9 de l’esmentat Reglament, però l’empresa o entitat que gestioni l’escoleta d’estiu podrà suprimir algun dels serveis estipulats a l’article 3, si per falta d’inscrits, el manteniment d’aquest servei es fa inviable. Podran suprimir-se algun o alguns dels serveis de recollida i el servei de menjador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; sempre amb el coneixement i acord de la Regidoria d’Educació i Cultura&lt;em&gt;.&amp;nbsp; En tot cas, els pares amb infants matriculats al centre hauran de tenir, abans de l’01 de juliol, informació sobre els serveis que es donaran o deixaran de donar durant el mes d’agost a l’escoleta&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Modificar parcialment part de l’article 2.2. relatiu al calendari d’impartició del servei, que queda redactat de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.2 Calendari d’impartició del servei.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L’escola infantil ha de funcionar durant 11 mesos anuals, entre les dates que s’estableixin per a cada curs escolar, segons el calendari escolar i el que determini l’Ajuntament. En concret, el servei educatiu de l’EI Es Vedranell començarà el dia 1 de setembre i finalitzarà el 31 de juliol. El mes d’agost s’oferirà un servei d’escola d’estiu. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L’escola estarà tancada durant el període de vacances escolars de Nadal i Pasqua i els dies festius que l’Administració determini.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C. &lt;/strong&gt;S’afegeix a l’article 9 relatiu a quotes, un punt nou que serà el 15 i que dirà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;15. El mes de juliol té la consideració de servei educatiu i s’haurà d’abonar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;D.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Es modificarà l’article 9.6 del vigent Reglament, que queda redactat de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.6 Tendran una bonificació especial del 20% de la tarifa per assistència al centre: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Aquelles famílies que tenguin dos o més fills/filles matriculats&amp;nbsp; a l’EI.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Famílies considerades nombroses segons la legislació vigent. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Aquelles famílies que tenguin un/a fill/a matriculat/da amb necessitats educatives especials. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En cap cas aquests descomptes són acumulables. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Durant el mes d’agost, l’Ajuntament assumirà les bonificacions especificades en aquest article dels infants que assisteixin a l’escola d’estiu i que hi tenguin dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;E.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Atès que hi ha serveis complementaris dels quals l’usuari se’n pot beneficiar esporàdicament, s’especificaran a l’article 3 i a l’article 9 del vigent reglament aquests preus per dia, els quals quedaran redactats de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 3. HORARI D’IMPARTICIÓ DEL SERVEI.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La jornada escolar comprèn totes aquelles activitats que es desenvolupen des que els infants entren a l’escola fins que en surten incloen-hi les activitats relacionades amb l’acollida i recollida dels infants, amb l’alimentació, amb la higiene, la seguretat i amb el descans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’EI Es Vedranell ofereix els següents serveis en els horaris que figuren a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. L’empresa adjudicatària de la gestió educativa ha de cobrar les quotes mensuals a les famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Respecte als serveis complementaris, les quotes s’aplicaran de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Servei d’acollida. Es cobrarà la quota íntegra a tots els infants que arribin a l’escola entre les 8.00 i les 8.45 h (&lt;em&gt;1,05 €/dia)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;(21 €/mes)&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;. De 8.45 &lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt; 9.15 hores queda establert com a horari d’entrada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Servei de recollida de 13.00 a 14.00 hores. Es cobrarà la quota íntegra (&lt;em&gt;1,05 €/dia)&lt;/em&gt; (21,00 €/mes) a tots els infants que quedin a l’escola entre les 13.15 i les 14 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Servei de recollida de 14.00 a 15.00 hores. Es cobrarà la quota íntegra (&lt;em&gt;1,15 €/dia)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;(23 €/mes)&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; a tots els infants que quedin a l’escola entre les 14.15 i les 15.00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Servei de recollida de 15.00 a 16.00 hores. Es cobrarà la quota íntegra (&lt;em&gt;1,15 €/dia)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;(23 €/mes)&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; a tots els infants que quedin a l’escola entre les 15.15 i les 16.00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;F.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Es modifica l’article 8.3.1 del vigent reglament que queda de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.3 Llista d’espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Quant a la llista d’espera, una vegada publicada la resolució definitiva de la llista d’alumnes admesos i exclosos, aquells infants que no han obtingut plaça quedaran en llista d’espera per ordre de puntuació i en la mesura que hi hagi places vacants se’ls comunicarà l’opció d’ocupar-les. Si la família rebutja la plaça, això suposarà la baixa de l’infant de la llista d’espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;G.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; S’afegirà al Reglament una disposició addicional tercera que dirà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tercera.- Les bonificacions especificades en aquest Reglament a què tenguin dret les famílies tendran efectes retroactius des del dia 01/09/11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que es sotmeti a informació pública mitjançant anunci al BOIB i tauler d’anuncis de l’Ajuntament per període mínim de trenta dies per formular reclamacions, objeccions i observacions de conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 102 de la Llei 20/2006. Si no es presentés cap reclamació o suggeriment, l’acord inicialment adoptat s’ha d’entendre definitivament aprovat sense necessitat d’un nou acord exprés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt;- Que es notifiqui a les associacions veïnals inscrites al registre municipal d’associacions veïnals, les finalitats de les quals guardin relació directa amb l’objecte de la disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La qual cosa es publica perquè tothom en prengui coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
