&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Havent-se intentat, per part del Servei d’Inspecció Tributària, la notificació dels &lt;strong&gt;decrets de Batlia&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;confirmatoris de les liquidacions proposades&lt;/strong&gt; a l’ inici d’actuacions de comprovació limitada i del procediment sancionador, respecte als Imposts que es relacionen, conforme a l’article 112 de la Llei General Tributària (58/2003, de 17 de desembre) i altres disposicions concordants i de aplicació, i atès que no s’ha pogut practicar, se cita les persones que es relacionaran, perquè compareguin per si o mitjançant representant en aquest Ajuntament, Plaça de Santa Eulàlia, 9 - 1r (Servei d’Inspecció Tributària), amb la finalitat de lliurar-los l’oportuna notificació, &lt;strong&gt;en el termini de 15 dies naturals&lt;/strong&gt; comptats des del següent al de la publicació&lt;/span&gt; d’aquest anunci. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En cas de incompareixença&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots el efectes legals des de el dia següent al del venciment del termini assenyalat per comparèixer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
