    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atesos els articles 169.1 i 177.2 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març pel qual s’aprova el tesxt refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en relació amb l’article 38.2 del Reial Decret 500/1990, de 20 d’abril, es fa públic que contra l’acord d’aprovació provisional de l’expedient de modificació de crèdit 7/2012 de suplement extraordinari en el vigent pressupost, adoptat per la corporació de l’Ajuntament en sessió de dia 11 d’octubre de 2012, i vist que no es varen presentar al·legacions contra la citada modificació de crèdits, per la qual cosa queda aprovat definitivament, i a continuació es transcriu a nivell de capítols la partida afectada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
