    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Mitjanant el present edicte el qual es realitza tamb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, mitjanant anunci al tauler d&amp;apos;edictes de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;establert a l&amp;apos;article 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrer, i d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;acord amb el que preveuen els articles 59.5) i 59.6) de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre,&amp;nbsp; de R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;gim Jur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;dic de les Administracions P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;bliques i del procediment Administratiu Com, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener, at&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;s que no ha estat possible notificar-ho als interessats per haver resultat infructuosos els intents de notificaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; personal, es notifica que s&amp;apos;ha iniciat expedient sancionador per infraccions administratives, a les persones f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;siques o jur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;diques que figuren a l&amp;apos;annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
