    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;D’acord amb el que estableix l’article 112 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, general tributària, en no haver estat possible la notificació a la persona interessada o al seu representant per causes no imputables a l’Administració tributària, per mitjà d’aquest anunci, es cita els interessats -o els seus representants degudament acreditats- relacionats a continuació, perquè en el termini de QUINZE DIES naturals, comptats a partir de l’endemà de la publicació d’aquest anunci, compareguin a la oficina de Recaptació de l’Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears situada a la Plaça de Sant Ignasi, 2 de Son Servera o a qualsevol oficina de recaptació de tributs locals de l’Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears (es poden consultar les oficines en el web &amp;lt;http://www.atib.es&amp;gt; o en el telèfon 902 201 530), en horari de dilluns a dijous laborables de les 8.15 a les 13.30 hores i de 15.15 a 16.45 hores, i els divendres laborables, de 8.15 a 14.30 hores (els mesos de juliol i agost l’horari és de dilluns a divendres laborables, de 8.15 a 14.30 hores), per notificar-los de les provisions de constrenyiment del municipi de Son Servera expedides per la Tresoreria de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament en el procediment executiu que se segueix contra els esmentats subjectes passius. Transcorregut aquest termini sense comparèixer, la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals el dia següent al del venciment del termini assenyalat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
