La Vicepresidència Econòmica, de Promoció Empresarial i d&amp;apos;Ocupació va comunicar que no es podia desafectar i desadscriure, atès que hi havia un projecte de construcció que abans depenia de la Conselleria d’Economia i Hisenda i en la configuració actual passa a dependre de la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Com que la Direcció General de Patrimoni, Contractes i Obres Públiques no disposava d’informació a bastament, per error, va desafectar i desadscriure les esmentades parcel·les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Per tal de regularitzar la situació, es fa una nova adscripció, a la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats, que és l’òrgan competent del projecte de construcció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Simultàniament, s’anul·la la declaració d’alienabilitat, que també es va produir por error. Amb això es normalitza i regularitza la situació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
