&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Comunicar als interessats que de conformitat amb l’article 106.1.b) del RDL 2/2004, Text Refús de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals diu que: “És subjecte passiu de l’impost a títol de contribuent: b) A les transmissions de terrenys o a la constitució o transmissió de drets reals de goig limitatius del domini a títol onerós/lucratiu , la persona física o jurídica, o l’entitat a que es refereix l’article 35.4 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, General Tributària, que transmeti el terreny, o que constituesqui o transmeti el dret real de que es tracti.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Notificar-ho als departaments de Tributació, a Intervenció i als interessats als efectes adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;esmentat recurs s&amp;apos;entendrà desestimat si transcorregués un altre mes sense que es notifiqui la seva resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa o presumpte del recurs de reposició, que posa fi a la via, podreu interposar &lt;strong&gt;recurs contenciós administratiu&lt;/strong&gt;, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de DOS MESOS, comptats des del següent dia al de la notificació de l&amp;apos;acord resolutori del recurs de reposició, si fos exprés. &lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquest Decret, que es definitiu en via administrativa, es podrà interposar el preceptiu recurs de reposició, que estableix l’article 108 de la Llei Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local núm. 7/1985, de 2 d’abril, (text modificat per la llei 57/03, de mesures per la modernització del govern local de 16 de desembre),en relació a l’article 14.2 del Text Refús&amp;nbsp; de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals aprovat per RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març, davant el Sr. Batle, en el termini d’UN MES&amp;nbsp; comptat a partir del següent dia al de la recepció del present escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’esmentat recurs s’entendrà desestimat si transcorregués un altre mes sense que es notifiqui la seva resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa o presumpte del recurs de reposició que posa fi a la via administrativa, podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu, davant el Jutjat de lo Contenciós Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de DOS MESOS, comptats des del següent dia al de la notificació de la resolució desestimatòria , si fos exprés. Si no ho fos, el termini serà de SIS MESOS comptats a partir del dia següent a aquell en que, el referit recurs de reposició s’entendrà desestimat de forma presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstant això, podreu utilitzar qualsevol altres recursos si ho creieu adient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
