A continuació es publica la seva formalització als efectes de l&amp;apos;article 154 del Text Refós de la Llei de Contractes del Sector Públic, aprovat per Reial Decret Legislatiu 3/2011, de 14 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
