&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentada i no practicada la notificació als interessats, conforme allò que disposa l’article 59 de la vigent Llei de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, mitjançant el present edicte es fa saber als interessats que, en la seva condició de sol·licitants admesos, &amp;nbsp;varen ser citats per a la celebració el passat dia 19 d’octubre del sorteig de 14 habitatges a la promoció 14 H Can Cantó al terme municipal d’Eivissa, resultant assignat un habitatge i se’ls requereix perquè en el termini de deu dies hàbils compareguin a l’oficina de l’IBAVI situada a Eivissa, al carrer Ignasi Wallis num. 23, 1º-C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas de no comparèixer transcorregut aquest termini s’entendrà que renuncien a l’habitatge assignat i es procedirà a cridar al següent en els llistats d’ admesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
