&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atesa la Llei 11/99 que modifica el RD Leg. 339/90 referent a la determinació de l’estat d’abandonament dels vehicles, que fixa que “es presumirà racionalment el seu abandonament: b) quan estigui estacionat per un termini superior a un mes en el mateix lloc i presenti desperfectes que facin impossible el seu desplaçament pels seus propis mitjans o li faltin les plaques de matriculació”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès l’article 3.b) de la Llei 10/98 de residus, que estableix que el vehicle abandonat és un residu sòlid urbà, atorgant la competència a les entitats locals per a la seva gestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtut de les atribucions que m’atorga la normativa vigent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;He resolt:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Procedir a la descontaminació dels vehicles relacionats, atesa la seva condició de residu sòlid urbà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ho mana i signa el Batle, Sr. Bartomeu Cifre Ochogavia, a Pollença, davant jo la Secretària,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pollensa 15 d’octubre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
