    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Atès que es desconeix el domicili del Sr. Jorge Meléndez Ruiz, per complir l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i d’acord amb els articles 8 i 9 del Decret 2/2005, de 14 de gener, regulador de les mesures mínimes que han de complir les platges i zones de bany de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, i que la Direcció General d’Interior, Emergències i Justícia està actualitzant el Registre de Tècnics competents per elaborar plans de salvament en platges de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, es comunica al Sr. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;
