&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que s’han advertit algunes errades en la notificació de 4 d’octubre de 2012, que es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 155, de 23 d’octubre de 2012, es comunica la correcció següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i atès que se n’ignora el domicili, es notificar als treballadors accidentats, d’acord amb l’article 21.5 del Reglament general sobre procediments per a la imposició de sancions per infraccions de l’ordre social i pels expedients liquidadors de quotes de la Seguretat Social, aprovat pel Reial decret 928/1998, de 14 de maig, que mitjançant la Resolució del vicepresident econòmic, de Promoció Empresarial i d’Ocupació se’ls ha imposat una sanció per haver comès una infracció en matèria de salut laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La resolució esmentada es troba a disposició dels treballadors accidentats a les oficines de la Direcció General de Treball i Salut Laboral, amb domicili en la Plaça de Son Castelló núm. 1 de Palma (07009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
