&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D. CALIXTO I GUILLERMO RAMÓN ROSSELLÓ, l’incoació de l’expedient canvi de titularitat de la sepultura número 71, del cementiri municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es fa saber el contingut de l’informe del Secretari, de data 2012.09.27, que consta en l’expedient i que a continuació es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. - Sra. ANTONIA RAMON CABOT, en data 2011.07.21, RGE N º 1360 Sol · licita canvi de titularitat de l’esmentada sepultura, a nom d’ANTONIA RAMON CABOT I MATEU PLANES PONS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;. - Els hereus dels hereus morts, FRANCISCA MORRO CAMPANER (hereva de Juan Ramón Cabot), CALIXTO, BARBARA I FRANCISCA RAMON COMAS, (hereus de Calixto Ramon Cabot) renuncien a la seva part RGE 1295/2011 RGE 1238,1239, 1240 / 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5&lt;/strong&gt;. - Els hereus CALIXTO I GUILLERMO RAMÓN ROSSELLÓ, es troben en parador desconegut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II&lt;/strong&gt;.-PROPOSTA DE RESOLUCIÓ. - Vist l’expedient i els antecedents no hi ha inconvenient legal en autoritzar el canvi de nom de la sepultura 71 a favor de ANTONIA RAMON CABOT, MATEU PLANAS PONS, CALIXTO I GUILLERMO RAMON ROSSELLÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es concedeix - ex article 84, de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, un termini de 15 dies hàbils, per presentar les al · legacions oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
