&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;No havent estat possible la notificació de l’obligatorietat d’efectuar el pagament del servei realitzat per autoritzacions segons estableix el títol VIII de la Llei 11/1998, de 14 de desembre, sobre el règim específic de taxes de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, a les empreses o persones que es relacionen, es publica el present anunci per tal que sorgeixi efectes de notificació, d’acord amb l’art. 59.4 de la Llei 30/1992 de 26 de novembre de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del procediment Administratiu comú.(modificada per Llei 4/1999)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Així mateix, se’ls comunica que han de satisfer aquestes taxes mitjançant ingrés en qualsevol oficina dels Bancs següents: “Banc de Crèdit Balear”, “Banco Bilbao-Vizcaya”, “Banca March”, “Caixa de Pensions (La Caixa)”, “Caixa d’estalvis&amp;nbsp; (Sa Nostra)”, utilitzant&amp;nbsp; el Document Unificat d’Ingrés que és a disposició seva a la Conselleria de Salut, Família i Benestar Social (Unitat de Gestió Econòmica), situada a la Plaça Espanya, número 9 de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Terminis per efectuar els ingressos (art. 20 Regl. General Recaptació).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Si aquesta publicació s’ha efectuat entre els dies 1 i 15 del mes, des de la data de publicació fins al dia 5 del mes següent o l’hàbil immediat posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Si s’ha efectuat entre els dies 16 i darrer del mes, des de la data de publicació fins el dia 20 del mes següent, o l’hàbil immediat posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Finalitzat el termini voluntari de pagament sense que s’hagi efectuat l’ingrés, el cobrament es farà per la via executiva, amb els recàrrecs que pertoquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra aquestes liquidacions, en el termini de quinze dies a comptar des del següent a la publicació, es pot formular, amb caràcter potestatiu, recurs de reposició davant L’Hble. Conseller de Salut, Família&amp;nbsp; i Benestar Social o, directament, interposar reclamació econòmica-administrativa davant la Junta Superior d’Hisenda de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, (Decret 210/99 de 24 de setembre BOIB núm. 124 Ext. de 4 d’octubre), sense que ambdós recursos es puguin interposar simultàniament. La seva interposició no suspèn l’execució de l’acte impugnat, llevat dels casos previstos legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
