&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i de procediment administratiu comú (BOE núm. 285, de 28 de novembre), i atès que es desconeix el domicili actual de les persones interessades o no han pogut ser localitzades, se’ls notifica mitjançant aquest anunci el requeriment de documentació relativa al seguiment de les subvencions concedides per al foment de l’ocupació de dels treballadors discapacitats, en els expedients enumerats a continuació, per tal que dins el termini de deu dies la puguin presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Causa de la baixa (no voluntària) del treballador discapacitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En cas d’acomiadament del treballador discapacitat, el caràcter procedent o improcedent d’aquest. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La documentació pot presentar-se a la Direcció General de Treball i Salut Laboral (pl. de Son Castelló, 1, 07009 Palma, tel. 971 17 63 00 —subvencions).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S’informa les persones interessades que, una vegada aportada la documentació requerida o, en cas contrari, transcorregut el termini assenyalat, la Direcció General de Treball i Salut Laboral podrà iniciar, si escau, l’expedient de reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes indegudament per incompliment de les obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries, de conformitat amb els articles 11, 44 i 45 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
