&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; REMISSIÓ DE RESOLUCIÓ DE PERCEPCIÓ INDEGUDA DE PRESTACIONS PER ATUR D&amp;apos;ACORD AMB EL DISPOSAT EN LA LLEI 30/92.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; Per aquesta Adreça Provincial s&amp;apos;han dictat resolucions en expedients per al reintegrament de prestacions per atur, declarant l&amp;apos;obligació dels interessats que es relacionen, de reintegrar les quantitats percebudes indegudament pels motius i períodes que igualment se citen. S&amp;apos;ha intentat la notificació sense poder-se practicar.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; El que es notifica per mitjà de la present, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;establert en l&amp;apos;article 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, advertint-los que de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;establert en el nombre 2 de l&amp;apos;art. 33 del Reial decret 625/85 disposa de 30 dies per a reintegrar aquesta quantitat, que podrà efectuar en el compte núm.: 0049 5103 71 2516550943 del Banc Santander a nom del Servei Públic d&amp;apos;Ocupació Estatal.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; També podrà sol·licitar, el pagament ajornat o fraccionat de la quantitat requerida, la concessió de la qual comportarà el corresponent import de l&amp;apos;interès legal dels diners establerts anualment en la Llei de Pressupostos Generals de l&amp;apos;Estat.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; En el cas que no realitzés el reintegrament i anés en algun moment beneficiari de prestacions, es procedirà a realitzar la seva compensació amb la prestació, segons s&amp;apos;establix en l&amp;apos;art. 34 del Reial decret 625/85&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; Si el reintegrament, la compensació o la sol·licitud de fraccionament o ajornament es realitzés amb posterioritat a la finalització del termini reglamentari de pagament voluntari, la quantitat deguda s&amp;apos;incrementarà d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;establert en l&amp;apos;art. 27.2 del Text Refós de la Llei General de la Seguretat Social, amb els següents recàrrecs :&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; - Durant el primer mes posterior al període de pagament reglamentari, el 3 %&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; - Durant el segon mes posterior al període de pagament reglamentari, el 5 %&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; - Durant el tercer mes posterior al període de pagament reglamentari, el 10 %&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; - A partir del quart mes posterior al període de pagament reglamentari, el 20 %&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; Transcorregut el termini reglamentari de pagament voluntari sense que s&amp;apos;hagi produït el reintegrament ni s&amp;apos;hagi compensat el deute, s&amp;apos;emetrà la corresponent certificació de descobert per la qual s&amp;apos;iniciarà la via de constrenyiment, segons el que es disposa en l&amp;apos;art. 33.2 del Reial decret 625/85&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; Contra la present resolució, conformi al previst en l’art. 71 del Text Refós de la Llei 36/2011 de 10 d’octubre, Reguladora de la Jurisdicció Social LRJS, podrà interposar davant aquesta Adreça Provincial, reclamació prèvia a la via jurisdiccional social, dins del termini de 30 dies hàbils següents a la data de notificació de la present resolució.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; D&amp;apos;acord amb el disposat en l&amp;apos;art. 61 de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, els expedients ressenyats, estaran de manifest per l&amp;apos;esmentat termini de 30 dies en l&amp;apos;Adreça Provincial del Servei Públic d&amp;apos;Ocupació Estatal.&lt;/p&gt;
