&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;F&amp;nbsp; A&amp;nbsp; L&amp;nbsp; L&amp;nbsp; O&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que estimando la demanda interpuesta por el Procurador de los Tribunales D. Juan Rotger en nombre y representación de Dª Talia Sánchez Hernández contra D.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Jonathan Giménez Barcas debo acordar y acuerdo la adopción de las siguientes medidas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El hijo menor de los litigantes quedará bajo la guarda y custodia de la madre siendo la patria potestad compartida por&amp;nbsp; ambos progenitores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se fija a favor del padre el siguiente régimen de visitas: los martes y jueves desde la salida del colegio hasta las 20 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El padre contribuirá&amp;nbsp; a los alimentos del hijo con la cantidad de 200 euros al mes, cantidad que se abonará dentro de los primeros cinco días de mes y se actualizará&amp;nbsp; anualmente en el mes de enero conforme a las variaciones del IPC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los gastos extraordinarios del menor que tengan un origen médico o farmacéutico y los que teniéndolo lúdico o académico hubiera sido acordada su realización por ambos progenitores o en su defecto autorización judicial, se abonará por mitades. Los que teniendo origen lúdico o académico y no cuenten con el acuerdo de ambos progenitores para su realización o con la autorización judicial se abonará por el progenitor que decida su realización. Los gastos reclamados deberán ser justificados oportunamente en cuanto a&amp;nbsp; su importe y en su caso a su devengo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sin hacer especial pronunciamiento en cuanto al pago de las costas de este juicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;: recurso de apelación, que se interpondrá ante el Tribunal que haya dictado la resolución que se impugne dentro del plazo de veinte días contados desde el día siguiente de la notificación de aquélla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dicho recurso carecerá de efectos suspensivos, sin que en ningún caso proceda actuar en sentido contrario a lo resuelto (artículo 456.2 L.E.C.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
