    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb allò que estableix l&amp;apos;article 177, en relació amb el 169.3, ambdós de la Llei 2/2004, de 5 de març, reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, s&amp;apos;exposà al públic l&amp;apos;Expedient de Modificació de Crèdits, modalitat de crèdit extraordinari, per concertació d&amp;apos;operació al ampar del Reial Decret Llei 4/2012, per import de 1.306.712,08 euros, que afecta al Pressupost General d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament per a l&amp;apos;exercici 2012, aprovat inicialment pel Ple de la Corporació en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 27 de juliol de 2012, i que ha estat aprovat definitivament en no interposar-se cap reclamació contra l&amp;apos;aprovació inicial.
