&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcorregut el termini d’exposició pública de la modificació de l’ &lt;strong&gt;“ORDENANÇA MUNICIPAL REGULADORA DE LA INSTAL·LACIÓ DE TERRASSES DE VETLLADORS”&lt;/strong&gt;, sense que s’hagi presentat cap reclamació, l’acord d’aprovació inicial s’ha transformat en definitiu i es transcriu a continuació el text íntegre de l’esmentada modificació, tot això en compliment de l’establert a l’article 103 de la Llei 20/2006 de 15 de desembre Municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, entrant en vigor una vegada transcorregut el termini previst a l’article 113 de l’esmentada Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h6 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ORDENANÇA MUNICIPAL REGULADORA DE LA INSTAL.LACIÓ DE TERRASSES DE VETLLADORS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h6&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“...”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Article 4 Beneficiaris.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les instal·lacions temporals definides en la present Ordenança, només s’autoritzaran als titulars d’establiments que hagin presentat la documentació adient segon la normativa aplicable i amb el vist i plau de l’Ajuntament…”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Aprovar la modificació de l’article 9, que quedaria redactat de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Article 9 Temporada d’exercici. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els vetlladors de terrasses podran instal·lar-se durant tot l’any.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Aprovar la modificació de l’article 10, que quedaria redactat de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Article 10. Horari d’exercici.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La instal·lació de vetlladors i ombrel·les quedarà subjecta al següent horari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’horari d’obertura serà a les nou hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L’horari de tancament serà:&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ul&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De diumenge a dimecres, ambdós inclusos, fins a les 23.00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dijous, fins a les 23.30&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els divendres, dissabtes i vigílies de dies festius fins a les 24.00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durant els mesos de juny, juliol, agost i setembre els establiments podran ampliar el seu horari de tancament en una hora…”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“...”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El que es fa públic per general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
