&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El batle de l’Ajuntament de Santa Margalida en data d’avui ha dictat el següent Decret:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;‘DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Miguel Cifre Ferrer, batle-president d’aquest Ajuntament, atès el previst en l’article 47 del RD 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament d’organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, i per motius d’absència del dia 11 d’octubre de 2012 a dia 14 d’octubre de 2012 (ambdós inclosos), per la present &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1r. Delegar a favor del primer tinent-batle, Sr. Antoni Reus Darder, l’exercici de les atribucions pròpies d’aquesta Batlia del dia 11 d’octubre de 2012 a dia 14 d’octubre de 2012 (ambdós inclosos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2n. Aquesta delegació es comunicarà a l’interessat i es publicarà en el BOIB, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des de les dates indicades, i serà comunicada al Ple de l’Ajuntament en la primera sessió que es dugui a terme.’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
