&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Les &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;notificacions fetes per correu certificat, amb avís de rebut, no han tingut efecte i no s’han pogut fer efectives , per ignorar-se el domicili o no haver-hi trobat els interessats que es relacionen, per la qual cosa, es procedeix, en compliment de l’establert a l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992 de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;D’acord amb el que preveuen els articles 59.5 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, es notifica a les persones relacionades a continuació que els ha estat formulada la Proposta de Resolució dels expedients sancionadors instruïts que s’assenyalen a l’annex d’aquest Edicte i es comunica que tenen un termini de quinze dies hàbils per a formular al·legacions a la proposta &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Registre General de l’Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;. Els corresponents expedients són a les oficines del Negociat de Sancions (carrer Canàries,35 –1er, d’Eivissa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
