    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que es desconeix el domicili o ha estat impossible contactar via correus amb les persones interessades i d’acord amb el que estableix l’article 59.4 de la Llei 4/1999, de modificació de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, del règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, es comunica a les persones que es relacionen en l’annex adjunt que en data 13/9/2012 es va dictar la proposta de resolució de l’expedient que s’instrueix per presumpta infracció de la normativa de transports vigent, (articles 140 i 148 de la llei 16/87 de 30 de juliol (LOTT), 197.11 del ROTT i Annex 2 de l&amp;apos;ATP) i que es troba a la seva disposició al departament de Mobilitat i Projectes del Consell Insular de Menorca, Pl. de la Biosfera, 5, 07703 – Maó, tot fent constar que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La proposta de resolució anterior és un acte de tràmit no decisori i, per tant, no s’hi pot interposar recurs. Això no obstant, les persones interessades poden formular al·legacions per oposar-s’hi, les quals s’hauran de tenir en compte en la resolució que posi fi al procediment administratiu, sens perjudici de la possibilitat d’interposar el recurs que pertoqui contra aquesta darrera resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
