&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que no han pogut tenir efecte les notificacions als titulars de vehicles abandonats a la via pública i al dipòsit municipal de vehicles d’acord amb l’article 59.4 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992 de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu comú, amb el present anunci es comunica a les persones relacionades el seu contingut:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Requerir als titulars dels vehicles més avall ressenyats que, si transcorren 1 mes a partir del següent al de la publicació del present anunci al BOIB sense que retirin l’esmentat vehicle d’un dels carrers del terme municipal de Manacor o del dipòsit municipal de vehicles, es declararà el vehicle abandonat i es tractarà con a residu sòlid urbà i s’iniciarà un procediment sancionador contra el titular del vehicle, en base a l’article 74 de l’Ordenança reguladora de neteja viària, recollida de residus sòlids urbans i gestió dels parcs verds del terme de Manacor, amb una sanció prevista d’entre 750,01 fins a 1.500,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si durant aquest termini d’1 mes procedeix a la seva retirada o rebem comunicació de renúncia voluntària per tractar-lo com a residu sòlid urbà amb alguna de les formes previstes a la Llei 30/1992, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, no s’incoarà procediment sancionador, tot això sense perjudici dels deutes que tingui amb aquest Ajuntament o altres organismes oficials que haurà de fer front el titular del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
