    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca de data 1/10/2012 ha aprovat el plec de clàusules administratives particulars del contracte d’obres de consolidació de varies zones del fort de Marlborough, per procediment obert i tramitació ordinària, el qual s&amp;apos;exposa al públic per un termini de DEU (10) dies comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la publicació d&amp;apos;aquest anunci en el BOIB, per tal que les persones interessades puguin examinar-lo i presentar-hi les reclamacions que estimin adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultàniament s&amp;apos;anuncia la licitació del contracte, si bé s&amp;apos;ajornarà la licitació, així com el termini per presentar proposicions, en el supòsit que es formulin reclamacions contra els esmentats plecs, quan resulti necessari per resoldre la qüestió plantejada.
