&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el que es disposa en els articles 59.5 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, es fa pública la notificació de la proposta de resolució i del tràmit d’audiència dels expedients sancionadors que s’indiquen, d’acord amb el que s’estableix en el reglament de procediment sancionador en matèria de trànsit, circulació de vehicles de motor i seguretat viària (Reial decret 320/1994, de 25 de febrer), dictats per l’instructor del procediment, a les persones o entitats denunciades que a continuació es relacionen perquè, havent-ho intentant dues vegades, no s’ha pogut notificar personalment al darrer domicili conegut. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A aquests efectes, es comunica a la persona interessada que disposa d’un termini de QUINZE DIES perquè, pel que fa a l’expedient que és a l’Ajuntament de Muro, pugui al·legar en tràmit d’audiència el que cregui pertinent i presentar els documents que consideri oportuns, com també sol·licitar còpia dels documents que consten en l’expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
