&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; Vist el Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol, pel qual es regula el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; Vista l&amp;apos;Ordre del conseller de Presidència de 30 de juliol de 2012 per la qual es regula el procediment de tramesa telemàtica dels documents que s&amp;apos;hagin d&amp;apos;inserir en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; Atès que la normativa abans esmentada suposa la implementació d&amp;apos;un nou procediment de tramesa telemàtica dels documents que s&amp;apos;han de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i que, entre d&amp;apos;altres coses, comporta la creació d&amp;apos;un registre automatitzat d&amp;apos;autoritats i personal facultats per a ordenar la inserció de textos en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; Atès que l&amp;apos;article 9.2 g) de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d&amp;apos;octubre, de consells insulars, estableix que correspon al president de la corporació ordenar la publicació de les normes i dels acords del Ple en el Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; Atès que la lletra k) de l&amp;apos;apartat primer del Decret de Presidència 102/2011, de 4 de juliol (BOIB núm. 105, de 9 de juliol), especifica que correspon als consellers executius l&amp;apos;atribució d&amp;apos;ordenar la publicació de les resolucions i els edictes en relació amb les matèries pròpies dels corresponents departaments, en publicacions oficials i altres mitjans de comunicació;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; Per agilitzar l&amp;apos;enviament dels acords, edictes i anuncis en publicacions oficials i altres mitjans de comunicació;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;b&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;b&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/b&gt; Mantenir l&amp;apos;atribució a favor dels consellers executius caps dels respectius departaments que es recull a la lletra k) de l&amp;apos;apartat primer del Decret de Presidència 102/2011 de 4 de juliol, en relació amb la competència per ordenar la publicació de les resolucions i els edictes que se&amp;apos;n derivin sobre les matèries pròpies dels seus departaments, en publicacions oficials i altres mitjans de comunicació social.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;b&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/b&gt; Assignar la facultat d&amp;apos;ordenar la publicació dels acords i les normes dels òrgans col·legiats que s&amp;apos;assenyalen a continuació, i els edictes que se&amp;apos;n deriven, en publicacions oficials i altres mitjans de comunicació social, a les persones següents:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 0.64cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; 1. La persona que ocupi la secretaria del Ple, la Comissió de Govern i el Consell Executiu, o aquella altra que legalment la substitueixi, respecte dels acords, normes i disposicions aprovats per aquests òrgans amb l&amp;apos;exepció que més avall es dirà pel que fa als acords, normes, instruments i disposicions dictats en matèria d&amp;apos;ordenació del territori i urbanisme.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 0.64cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; 2. El cap de secció d&amp;apos;Urbanisme pel que fa a la publicació dels acords, normes i instruments relatius al planejament urbanístic i territorial que adopti el Consell Insular sigui quin sigui l&amp;apos;òrgan col·legiat competent per a la seva aprovació. En cas d&amp;apos;absència o malaltia o altre impediment el cap de secció serà suplert pel cap de servei del departament.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;b&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Disposar la publicació d&amp;apos;aquest decret en el Butlleti Oficial de les Illes Balears per tal que comenci a vigir des del mateix dia de la seva publicació.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;b&gt;QUART.-&lt;/b&gt; Donar-ne compte al Consell Executiu i al Ple en la propera sessió que tenguin.&lt;/p&gt;
