&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que no ha estat possible la notificació de la resolució de l’ expedient que a continuació es relaciona instruït a la Conselleria de Salut, Familia i Benestar Social per infraccions a la normativa de consum, per desconeixement del domicili actual del sancionat o per no haver pogut localitzar el destinatari, es transcriu a continuació la relació del sancionat i de la sanció imposada, a efectes de notificació, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 595 de la Llei 30/1992 de 26 de novembre; i es fa saber que contra aquestes es podrà interposar recurs d’ alçada, en el termini d’un mes, davant la Hble. Conseller de Salut, Familia i Benestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Instruccions per al Pagament de l’import de la multa :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1r. Si desitgen realitzar el pagament de l’import de les sancions, tenen a la seva disposició el document unificat d’ingrés, juntament amb la resolució de l’expedient, a la Unitat de Procediment Administratiu Sancionador de la Direcció General de Salut Pública i Consum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2n. Per&amp;nbsp; fer efectiu el pagament en el període voluntari, el Reglament general de recaptació estableix els terminis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Les notificacions entre el dies 1 i 15 de cada mes, del dia de la notificació, fins el dia 20 del mes següent o l’hàbil immediat posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Les notificacions rebudes entre el dies 16 i últim de cada mes, des de la data de la notificació, fins al 05 del segon mes posterior o l’hàbil immediat posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3r. L’ingrés de l’import de la multa haurà de ser efectuat a nom de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, Conselleria de Salut, Familia i Benestar Social i&amp;nbsp; adjuntar-hi el document d’ingrés que figura a l’expedient, a qualsevol de les entitats bancàries relacionades a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Caixa de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad, ‘Sa Nostra’.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Caixa de Pensions ‘La Caixa’.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Banca March.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Banco de Crédito Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Banco Bilbao-Vizcaya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4t. Una vegada efectuat l’ingrés s’ haurà de comunicar a aquesta Conselleria amb una&amp;nbsp; fotocòpia del document d’ingrés diligència&amp;nbsp; pel banc, a la Direcció General de Salut i Consum (departament de Sancions), carrer de Jesús, 38-A (07010) de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
